Alright, how do you post pics here? I don’t get the whole url thing

For me same as rivals.
But I only know it from the url thing. Copy the address of said pic, click the landscape box next to the smiley face in the userbar, and under URL, post the address.

You can still post it, that's just a way to post images that's on websites.
You can save it and upload to...I prefer, https://postimages.org/, and then copy the address there. Let's say you have a pic on your phone or whatever, and you can then upload it there (it's free, no sign up) and once it uploads, copy the link and then post in in the box in the toolbar like the 2nd image above. .
Again, for me, it's no different than Rivals.
Same for gifs.

X and Youtube video links you can just c/p the address in the reply box.

I haven’t found any pics or gifs with that copy address option.

If they are online then they have an address. It may not say copy image address, I'm using chrome on windows. If your using something differnt it might say something different but your just copying the address of said image. usually ends with .jpg or .gif
You can always save the image, upload it to postimages.org and go that route, once you upload it and post it, you can delete it off your pc/phone.
It's way easier than some think. Just one time and you can do it in two seconds.
